CGH Operations Hub — Terms of Use
Effective October 9, 2026
These terms apply to CGH Operations Hub, the private operations application operated by Crawford Group Holdings, LLC for authorized company users and company-managed ventures, including Crawford Select.
Authorized use
Use requires company authorization and an authenticated account. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must not share credentials, circumvent access controls, or use the application for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive engagement or infringement.
Content and approvals
You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, disclosures, media rights, destination links, account selection and visibility before approving content. Upload only material you have permission to use. Content stored in the library remains yours or its rights holder’s; you authorize processing and delivery needed for the requested company workflow.
Connected platforms
Each integration is subject to the provider’s terms, API permissions, review decisions, quotas and availability. Connecting an account does not guarantee access to publishing. Pinterest and TikTok integrations are under development. An application draft or scheduling intent is not evidence of publication. TikTok draft delivery, if approved and implemented, requires the account user to review and finish publication in TikTok. Provider-verified publication status is required before OpsHub represents an item as published.
Security and privacy
Keep company access and connected accounts secure. Report unexpected access or publication promptly. Our privacy policy explains connected-account information, OAuth credentials, hosting, retention, disconnection and deletion requests.
Availability and costs
The application may change or be interrupted. API limits, infrastructure capacity and separately authorized services apply. No unlimited posting, generation or uninterrupted operation is promised. These terms do not authorize purchases, advertising spend or subscriptions; those require separate company authorization.
Ending access and retained records
The company may suspend access or integrations for security, operational or policy reasons. Authorized owners can disconnect stored credentials and revoke grants at the provider. Disconnection does not automatically delete saved assets, historical records or public posts. Contact us for retained-data requests or account assistance.
