Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains how Crawford Select and its service providers handle information when visitors use this website.
Information collected
The site does not currently request account or payment information. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, requested pages, referral information, performance measurements, and security logs to deliver, protect, and measure the website.
External and affiliate links
The site may link to third-party websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. Crawford Group Holdings, LLC does not control how external websites collect or use information.
Cookies and analytics
Crawford Select may use privacy-conscious analytics provided through Cloudflare to measure page views, traffic sources, campaign parameters, and interactions with comparison tables and outbound links. Event data may include the article, category, product or service label, CTA position, Pinterest board, and pin variation. Crawford Select does not intentionally send names, email addresses, account identifiers, or Amazon order details through this measurement layer. Browser privacy controls and applicable opt-out mechanisms remain available.
Retention and choices
Service providers retain technical information according to their policies and operational needs. Visitors may use browser controls to restrict cookies or tracking technologies. Disabling some technologies may affect site or merchant functionality.
Crawford Select, CGH Operations Hub and connected accounts
CGH Operations Hub is a private company operations application, including an authenticated MCP connector, operated by Crawford Group Holdings, LLC. This section applies to information processed through that application and its authorized integrations. It is not a public social network or a service for collecting other Pinterest users’ information.
When an authorized company user connects an account through OAuth, we process the account identity, granted permissions, access and refresh tokens, and information made available by the approved provider APIs. Depending on the connection and permissions, this may include company-managed boards, Pins, channel and video metadata, publication identifiers and performance metrics, website analytics, and selected Google email, calendar or Drive information used for authorized company operations. Access is limited to the permissions actually granted. Pinterest and TikTok publishing integrations remain under development and require provider approval and account authorization before use.
We store uploaded company media, scripts, factual sources, disclosures, revisions, approval records, scheduling instructions, publication evidence, failure records and audit logs to support content production, duplicate prevention, reporting and troubleshooting. Approved account actions may be initiated from the private interface or authenticated MCP tools. Any supported background job remains subject to the account’s permissions, approval requirements and pause controls.
Connected-account information is used to provide the authorized company workflow. We do not sell it, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. If a user separately authorizes an AI or media-generation service, the material submitted to that service is subject to its terms and privacy policy; such a connection is not automatically enabled by granting social-account access.
Information is processed by our hosting and storage providers, currently including Cloudflare and the ChatGPT Sites hosting service, and by the connected providers as necessary to perform authorized actions. Content submitted through an AI assistant is also governed by that assistant’s applicable account terms and data controls. Public posts and destination links become visible under the selected platform’s visibility settings only when publication occurs; storing a draft or scheduling intent does not itself publish it.
OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest on the server and are not intentionally exposed in browser assets, repositories or public reports. Private records are scoped to the authenticated owner. We retain operational records as needed for company workflows, recovery, security and applicable obligations. An authorized owner may disconnect stored credentials in OpsHub and revoke the provider grant in the provider’s account settings. Disconnection does not automatically erase saved media, historical reports, public posts or provider-held records. Contact us below to request access, correction or deletion of retained application data; we may verify authority and retain records required for legitimate legal or security purposes.

Crawford Select is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
